Q: Do you know of any forums or websites specializing in Honda CRV-EX?
Looking to find out what is wrong with the cruise control. The master button does not turn green when pushed. Fuse? Other problem?
Any ideas?
Thank you.
A: Mine doesn’t turn green either but it works fine!
Q: Where can i find this bodykit for a Honda Prelude?
Does anyone know where i can find an ME edition wide bodykit for a 96 model honda prelude, i’ve seen pictures on the web but can’t find who supplies them. I’ve asked on a couple of honda forums but no-one seems to be able to help
A: motorspeed.com

Q: What order do I put the sparkplug wires in on a 97 honda civic?
I recently replaced the sparkplugs with a new wire set. Now the engine isn’t running right and the check engine light flashes. I looked around on some forums (honda-tech) and it looks like i need to put them in a certain order (firing order?). The question is which order.
Thanks in advanced!
A: Follow the center of the distributor cap where a line bridges to a point outside of the cap. Use this as a guide for your starting point and work your way around clockwise to each 4 points. First point connects to spark plug 4, next connects to spark plug 2, next connects to spark plug 1, and finally spark plug 3.
Spark plug 1 is the one closest to your belts on the right side of the engine, while spark plug 4 is the one closest to your distributor on the left side of the engine.
These specifications haven’t change between the Civic 92 – 98 models. Make sure you get this right and confirm with a Honda Civic Service Manual if necessary. Sparking the wrong cylinders to work against each other can damage your engine.
Hope this helps!
Q: Honda Motorcyle Forums?
Does anyone know of a friendly and active motorcylce forum that I could join? Preferably something related to the bike I ride. 1976 Honda CJ360T
A: http://forum.motorcycle-usa.com/pr.aspx?f=17&m=214092 has other members with your type bike, my other suggestion is to join up with the riding group at your local honda dealer, they can also tell you which forums they use
Q: Where can I find Honda Civic lowering springs for cheap?
I have a 2004 honda civic ex. I’ve been looking to lower it for a while now but just haven’t gotten around to it. I need to find some relatively cheap lowering springs but I dunno where to look. I’ve tried honda forums and some aftermarket part sites like vividracing.com and overboost.com but no luck. I’m looking to lower it maybe 1.5 inches – 2 inches. If anyone knows of any good sites to check out let me know. Thanks!
A: Have your tried junkyarddog.com that is where my husband looks for all the parts for our car and van. They have a form you fill out then they send it to junk yards all over the US and those places email you and compete for your business. They might be worth a shot….
Once got a rear axle for $50 including shipping and a 90 day warranty.
Q: does anyone know any honda civic forums? i wanna buy some stuff for my civic 02?
A: Of course there is Honda-Tech.com . It has gotten me through some tough spots before. There is also k20a.org if you are a 02-current Civic Si owner. I have never tried them, but civicforums.com seems to have some usable info as well. Also, if you are looking to pick up parts for your car, you should try your local craigslist.com listings. There can be a surprising amount of good auto resources on there.
Q: 1996-2000 honda civic best forums?!!!?
Like e38.org for BMWs
A: http://www.honda-tech.com – Hands down the best, and most useful Honda and Acura forum. All the ‘96-’00 stuff is mixed in with the ‘92-’95 stuff, but most people label the topics enough to know what car is being discussed.
Q: Any forums the on the 75 Honda CB550?
I need a left side cover (which is smaller than the right side) but all I find are the larger ones
Thank you for answering.
Its a 4 into 4 and I think thats a K
But all I see on ebay are two large and they say its for a K so im not sure what i have
A: Which model are you talking about?
The “F” model – 4 into 1 exhaust.
Or the “K” model – 4 into 4 exhaust.
Maybe you’re not specifying the complete model # when looking for parts.
4 into 4 is the K model.
Try here. They’re pretty good with older bike parts.
Make sure you order the correct color if they have one.

Q: How much should labor cost to put new shifter bushings in a 99 Honda Civic?
Some guys at the forums said it takes 30 minutes. My mechanic seemed surprised by that. Waiting for a call back from him so I’d like to know what you all think?
For the record, my mechanic charged me $70 for labor on the bushing. Great price because the Honda garage wanted $120.
A: mechanics dont like to questioned. he wants to charge you whatever time the book says it takes like the dealers do.but you cant do much in 30 minuets.
